From everyone at Wallhack Industries, thank you for using postal.computer! We’ve built it to help you easily deliver physical mail directly from the internet. These Terms of Service help keep our service reliable and clear for everyone.
When we say “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this document, we refer to Wallhack Industries.
When we say “Services,” we mean our website postal.computer and any products or services created and maintained by Wallhack Industries, whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, API, or any other format.
When we say “You” or “your,” we refer to the people or organizations that have accounts with our Services.
We may update these Terms of Service (“Terms”) periodically. Whenever we make significant changes to our policies, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and notify you via email or directly through the Service.
When you use our Services, now or in the future, you agree to the latest version of these Terms. Occasionally, we may not exercise or enforce a right or provision of the Terms immediately, but this does not waive our rights to enforce them at a later time. These Terms include a limitation of our liability.
If you violate any of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Wallhack Industries will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
- You may not use our Services for any unlawful activities.
- You are responsible for all content sent through your account and for ensuring all activities comply with postal and legal regulations.
- Accounts must be registered by humans. “Bots” or automated registrations are prohibited.
Payment and Refunds
- postal.computer charges per use for each mail delivery request. Payment is collected at the time you place your mail delivery order.
- All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. We will collect and remit required taxes where applicable.
- Refund Policy:
- Full refunds cannot be issued for letters that have already been processed for delivery.
- You are responsible for ensuring recipient name and address information are accurate. postal.computer cannot issue refunds for undeliverable addresses.
- If there are problems with the quality of the delivered product or you’re unhappy with our product for any reason, just contact us at support@andrewhwaller.com, and we’ll take care of you.
Cancellation and Termination
- You are responsible for properly canceling your account via the cancellation link provided in your account settings. Email or phone requests are not automatically considered cancellations.
- Your data becomes inaccessible immediately after cancellation. All data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. To recover your data, you must contact us within 30 days of cancellation to prevent deletion.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse or violation of our Terms.
- Abuse or threats toward Company representatives will result in immediate account termination.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
- Pricing for individual mail deliveries is subject to change at any time and will be clearly displayed at the time of placing your order.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
- You use our Services at your own risk. We offer our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not provide formal service-level agreements but take uptime and reliability seriously.
- We may temporarily disable accounts whose usage significantly exceeds average customer usage and negatively impacts performance. We’ll reach out to the account owner before taking action whenever possible.
- We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purposes.
- We use third-party vendors and hosting providers to help operate our Services.
- Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we are considered a “service provider” and comply accordingly. You agree to adhere to your responsibilities under the CCPA.
- These Terms incorporate our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) when GDPR or UK GDPR applies.
Copyright and Content Ownership
- All content sent through our Services must comply with U.S. copyright law.
- You retain ownership of your content, granting us a limited license solely to deliver mail services.
- We do not pre-screen your content but reserve the right to refuse or remove content violating our policies.
- Wallhack Industries retains all intellectual property rights to the Services. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion without explicit written permission.
Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Wallhack Industries is not liable, in law or equity, to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
By choosing our Service, you accept the associated risks, and we commit to managing postal.computer responsibly, securely, and reliably.
