Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2025
The privacy of your data is important to us at Wallhack Industries. In this policy, we detail what data we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and your rights concerning your data. We promise we never sell your data: never have, never will.
What we collect and why
Our guiding principle is to collect only what’s essential:
Identity and access
When you create an account at postal.computer, we ask for your name, email address, and a return address. This information allows us to personalize your experience, communicate important account updates, and facilitate mail delivery. We never sell your personal information or use your personal information in marketing without your explicit consent.
Billing information
When you place an order for mail delivery, you’ll provide payment information and billing address. Credit card details are securely transmitted directly to our payment processor and do not pass through Wallhack Industries servers. We retain transaction records, including the last 4 digits of your credit card number, for billing history and support purposes.
Letter content and recipient information
We retain the content of your letters and recipient information strictly for quality assurance, customer support, and compliance purposes. This data is never used for marketing purposes. Recipient information is used exclusively to facilitate the delivery of your letter.
General Geolocation data
We log your IP address when signing up and using postal.computer for security purposes, spam prevention, and regulatory compliance. This information is retained as long as your account is active.
Website interactions
We collect data about browsing activities for analytics, which helps improve postal.computer. This data includes your browser, operating system, IP address, referral sources, and page interactions. This information is retained while your account remains active.
Anti-bot assessments
We use CAPTCHA to prevent automated misuse of postal.computer. CAPTCHA analyzes various data points (IP address, session duration, mouse movements) to determine if activity is human-generated.
Cookies
postal.computer uses cookies to improve user experience, maintain login sessions, and analyze site usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may limit functionality.
Voluntary correspondence
When you contact us for support or questions, we retain your correspondence for reference and support history.
When we access or disclose your information
To provide services you’ve requested. We use third-party subprocessors to deliver our services (e.g., payment processing, mailing services).
To assist you with troubleshooting. We may access content you provide to resolve specific support issues.
To comply with legal obligations. We may disclose your information if legally compelled by government or judicial authority, following applicable laws and procedures.
In the event of a company merger or acquisition, your data will only transfer after advance notification.
Your rights with respect to your information
You have rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access and Correction: You can access and correct your personal information within your account settings.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your data, subject to certain limitations required by law.
- Data Portability: You can request a copy of your personal information.
For assistance exercising these rights, contact us at support@andrewhwaller.com.

If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please submit a written request to support@andrewhwaller.com.
You have the right to opt out of our sale/sharing of your personal information for purposes of online analytics and advertising. Currently, we do not sell or share your data as defined by the CCPA and we have not done so over the past 12 months from the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal obligations.
